% 12.08.2024 1.

It appears that notice of the present petition has been served upon the respondent through ordinary process. However, the affidavit of service has not been filed on behalf of the petitioner. The petitioner/husband is seeking initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondent/wife for the wilful disobedience of the order dated 04.01.2024, passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Courts, New Delhi in HMA No. 144/2020.

2.

It is alleged that the respondent/wife has been violating the directions with impunity, and thereby not facilitating visitation rights to the petitioner/father to meet his minor child on every Sunday. 3.

The learned Principal Judge, Family Courts has ample powers to enforce its orders. Hence, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Principal Judge, Family Courts for appropriate relief. 4.

The present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned Principal Judge, Family Courts and for execution of the order dated 04.01.2024, without prejudice. DHARMESH SHARMA, J.
