% 26.02.2020 Present petitions are filed under section 438 Cr.P.C. read with section 482 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in pursuance to FIR No.43/2020 registered at Police Station Saket for the offences punishable under section 323/341/279/379/ IPC.
In view of the serious allegations against the petitioners, I find no ground to grant anticipatory bail to them.
The petitions are, accordingly, dismissed.
