A perusal of the order sheet shows that trial in the suit stands concluded and the suit is ripe for final hearing. 2.

A perusal of the plaint also shows that the suit is for the relief of ejectment and mesne profits and valuation of the suit for the relief of ejectment is Rs.3,22,414.32p and for the relief of recovery of damages is Rs.1,12,14,992.60p i.e. of total Rs.1,15,37,406.92p. 3.

The valuation of the suit is below the enhanced minimum pecuniary jurisdiction of this Court and the suit in accordance with the Office Order dated 24th November, 2015 of Hon'ble the Chief Justice in exercise of powers under Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 is liable to be transferred to the subordinate courts. 4.

The property from which the eviction is sought is situated at Chawri Bazar which falls in District Central, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi. CS(OS) No.564/2002

Accordingly, the suit is transferred to the Court of the District Judge (Central), Tis Hazari Court, Delhi.

The parties to appear before the Additional District Judge/District Judge (Central) on 17th November, 2016.

Since none has appeared for the parties today, if none appears before the Additional District Judge/District Judge also, Court notice be issued to the parties and their counsels.
