Learned counsel for the judgment debtor states on instructions that an appeal has been filed vide e-diary no. 1799266/25 on 12.03.2025. She prays that the matter be adjourned by few weeks to enable the listing of the said appeal.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that there has been no advance service of the proposed appeal, to the applicant/decree holder. 3.

At request of the judgment debtor, this application is adjourned. 4.

It is made clear that in case there is no stay granted in favour of the judgment debtor before the next date of hearing by the Appellate Court, the captioned application shall stand allowed and the decretal amount will be released to the decree holder.
