It is submitted that vide order dated 07.09.2024, passed by the learned ACJM, bail has been granted to the Petitioner subject to the condition No.6 that he shall not leave the country without obtaining 15 days advance permission from the Court.

Learned Senior Standing Counsel for the Respondent has appeared on advance Notice.

Submission heard and record perused.

Condition No.6 of the order dated 07.09.2024 is modified as under:- "The accused shall furnish itinerary of his travel abroad before leaving the country to the learned Trial Court and the Investigating Officer"
