Learned counsel for the parties submit that under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre, the plaintiff and all the four defendants have been able to resolve the dispute. The terms of settlement have been reduced into writing vide Settlement Agreement dated 25.03.2026. The terms of settlement are enumerated in para 1 to para 17 of the said Settlement Agreement.

Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the compliances required under the terms of the settlement, have already been completed. 3.

The Settlement Agreement dated 25.03.2026 alongwith all its annexures is taken on record. The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement.

In terms thereof, let a decree sheet be drawn up. 5.

The suit stands decreed in terms of para 1 to para 17 of the Settlement Agreement.
