% 07.04.2026 By way of the present writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023, the petitioner seeks certain directions for a vigilance enquiry against some police officials. 2.

After a brief hearing in the matter, and based on what has been stated on behalf of the respondents, Ms. Joshini Tuli, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the Police Complaint Authority setup for the purpose.
