1. The action plan sent by the ITAT to this Court under cover of letter dated 11th July, 2019 be provided to the counsel for the parties by the Registry within one week from today.

2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner's are listed for hearing in the ITAT on 6th September, 2019. It is expected that the ITAT will proceed to hear the appeals and endeavour to pass final orders disposing them off as expeditiously as possible. In that view of the matter, the main prayer in the present petition does not survive.

3. The Court further expects that the ITAT will act on its own 'action plan' in regard to disposal of old appeals.

4. No further directions are called for in this petition and the same is disposed of. No costs.
