The learned counsel appearing for the respondents states that the petitioner has already commenced the process for appointment of the Arbitral Tribunal; the petitioner has given its consent for the Arbitral
Tribunal to be constituted from amongst the panel provided to it. The respondents also agree for constitution of the Arbitral Tribunal and the learned counsel assures this Court that the Arbitral Tribunal will be constituted within one week from today.

The respondents are bound down to the said statement made by the learned counsel.

In view of the above, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petitions with liberty to move to the Arbitral Tribunal and/or institute any other appropriate proceedings. 3.
The petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 4.
