% 12.03.2019 This petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:

"It is, therefore, most humbly prayed that a) Pass a writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent No.2 to provide an independent new water connection to the Petitioner in her name at A-1/108, Second Floor, Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi - 110029 in the interest of justice Any other relief may be passed in favour of the Petitioner as deem fit and proper in the above facts and circumstances in the interest of justice".

Delhi Jal Board on advance notice has drawn my attention to Page 63 of the paper book, which is an order dated 27th February, 2019 sanctioning a new water connection for the second floor of the property being A-1/108 (SF), Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi. As per his instructions, despite the aforesaid sanction letter, petitioner is not allowing the officers of the Delhi Jal Board to provide water connection to the second floor. He further states that the Delhi Jal Board shall provide the water connection to the second floor of the said property within three days in terms of the sanction letter. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for respondent Delhi Jal Board, nothing further survives in the writ petition. The same is disposed of as such.
