The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR No.0030/2019, under Sections 420/406/120B of the IPC registered with PS Madhu Vihar and all proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed. 3.

The said FIR was registered at the instance of respondent no.2. Respondent no.2 is represented through her son a Special Power of Attorney holder, who is present in Court.

He states that respondent no. 2 has resolved all disputes with the petitioners and has received a sum of ₹6 lakhs in settlement of all her claims.

He states that respondent no.2 has no grievance or claims against the petitioners and joins the petitioners in praying that the FIR in question be quashed.

The petitioners are present in the Court and are identified by their

counsel.

They state that they have since resolved all their disputes with respondent no.2 and have no further grievances against her. They also volunteer that they shall deposit a sum of ₹1 lakh with the Delhi Legal Aid (Middle Income Group) Society within a period of four weeks from today. 5.

In view of the statements made by/on behalf of the concerned parties (petitioners and respondent no.2), this Court considers it apposite to allow the present petition.

Accordingly, FIR No. 0030/2019 under Sections 420/406/120B of the IPC registered with PS Madhu Vihar and all proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed subject to the petitioners depositing a sum of ₹1 lakh as volunteered within a period of four weeks and on filing a proof of such payment with the Registry of this Court.

The concerned parties (petitioners and respondent no.2) shall sign this order as an acknowledgment of the statements recorded herein. 8.

The Registry is directed to relist the matter before this Court if the proof of deposit of ₹1 lakh is not filed within a period of four weeks. VIBHU BAKHRU, J FEBRUARY 26, 2020 MK
