The present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeks the following prayers: "(a) Modification of the condition of bail order dated 09.03.2018 requiring the Petitioner to take the permission when he has to travel abroad as imposed by the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi in case File No. VIII / ICD / 10 / TKD / SIIB / INV. / IMP / WIDE / IMPEX / 127 / 2017; and/or (b) Modify the order dated 09.03.2018 qua surrender the passport of the petitioner in Court.

(c) Pass such and other further orders as may deem fit and necessary in the facts and circumstances of the present case." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings before the learned Sessions Court at the first instance.
