W. P. (Crl.) 734/2019 Present Criminal Writ Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.PC seeking quashing of FIR No. 166/2017 under Sections 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered at Police Station - Ranjit Nagar.

Respondent No. 2 is present in person.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the parties have settled their disputes in terms of the settlement recorded on 04.02.2019 before the Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi and parties have been residing together since 20.02.2019.

List on 10.05.2019 for consideration.
