% 26.02.2020 Learned counsel for petitioner prays for protection and security from respondent nos. 2 to 4.

Learned Standing Counsel for the State submits that police protection will be provided to the petitioner to the limited extent that whenever the petitioner has to appear in court, the respondent will provide a Constable to him. He however states that petitioner shall be directed to give information of his appearance in court to the concerned SHO in advance i.e. atleast two days before the next date of hearing, so that necessary arrangements can be made.

The learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that mobile numbers of Beat Constable and the concerned SHO have also been provided to the petitioner. In case of exigency, the petitioner can contact the police officials.

In view of the above direction, the present petition stands disposed of accordingly.
