% 09.08.2024 CRL.M.C. 2183/2024 (under Section 482 CrPC filed by the petitioner for quashing the Order dated 27.05.2022) 1.

The Petition under Section 482 CrPC has been filed on behalf of the petitioner against the Order dated 27.05.2022, for summoning the petitioner under Section 138 of N.I Act.

It is the summoning Order of 2022 while the Petition in the Court has been filed in the year 2024 that is after an inordinate delay. Moreover, there is an alternate efficacious remedy available by way of the filing Revision Petition, before the Sessions Court.

The Petition is disposed of with liberty to approach the appropriate forum, in accordance with law.

The pending application also stands disposed of.
