W.P.(C) 2492/2019 & C.M. No. 11639/2019 Issue notice. Counsel for the respondent accepts notice. The petitioner assails the order dated 28.02.2019, passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (the Tribunal) in O.A. No. 599/2019. The Tribunal has rejected the said Original Application, wherein the petitioner had assailed the repatriation of the petitioner from respondent No. 2 Central Council for Research in Yoga and Naturopathy to the parent department - respondent No. 4 Morarji Desai
National Institute of Yoga.
After some arguments Mr. Kohli submits that the only apprehension that the petitioner has, is that the said repatriation should not have any adverse consequence on his future prospects, and should not be looked upon as punitive.
The repatriation of a deputationist, per se, cannot be considered as punitive or reflective of the conduct of the deputationist. That being the position, in our view, the petitioner need not have any such apprehension. The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. VIPIN SANGHI, J REKHA PALLI, J MARCH 13, 2019 N.Khanna
