The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking to quash FIR No. 183/2017 dated 07.04.2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 308/341/427/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Ranhola.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been today informed that the Police has already filed an Untrace Report before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate.
