2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner refers to the Arbitration clause and states that despite written notice to the Respondents, they have failed to appoint the Arbitrator. She submits that in view of the above, the Court may appoint an Arbitrator under Section 11 (6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. Learned counsel for the Respondents states that he is awaiting instructions from the Respondents. Issue notice. Mr. Harish Kumar Garg Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the Respondents. Reply, if any, be filed within two weeks from today.
