The present petition under Section 482 of the CrPC seeks following prayers:- "It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously pleased to;

(a) call for the records of the case; and/or (b) quash/set aside the order dated 8.1.2024 passed by learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Patiala House Court, New Delhi in the FIR 63/2023, P.S. Special Cell, District, Special Cell, New Delhi under Section 406/420/120B IPC; and/or (c) pass such other further order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.

AND FOR THIS ACT OF KINDNESS PETITIONER IS DUTY BOUND SHALL EVER PRAY."
