% 26.02.2020 Present petition is filed under section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.93/2017 registered at Police Station Paharganj for the offence under section 394/411/34 IPC.

Keeping in view the serious allegations against petitioners herein and the fact that quashing petitions filed by co-accused in Crl.M.C.4019/2018 & 6189/2018 have already been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 18.12.2018, therefore, I am not inclined to quash present FIR. Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.

Pending applications stand disposed of.
