No.22359/2015 (u/O 23 R 3 CPC) in CS(OS) No. 2615/2001 Parties have settled their disputes before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide Settlement Agreement dated 7th September, 2015, which has been signed by the plaintiffs, their authorized representative and defendants as well as counsels. Settlement Agreement is marked as 'Mark C-1'. I do not find the terms of settlement to be in conflict with any law.

Parties shall remain bound by the terms of settlement as contained in 'Mark C-1'.

Suit is disposed of in terms of 'Mark C-1'.
