A perusal of the order dated 07.03.2024, the order impugned herein, would show that arguments were heard and that the matter is now listed for further arguments on 08.04.2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner assures that the petitioner would be represented on the next date of hearing.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction that the application under Section 156(3) be considered and decided expeditiously.
