By way of the present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 1324/2015 registered at PS-K.N. Katju Marg for the offences punishable under Sections 323/341/308/34 IPC against him.

Ld. Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits respondent no.2 has filed a complaint against the petitioner, which culminated into the FIR mentioned above. He further submits that petitioner and respondent
no. 2 are close relatives and due to the intervention of the common relatives, they have settled the disputes.

Complainant Rabe Ghulam Haider, is personally present in the Court and has been duly identified by Investigating Officer of the case. Complainant does not dispute whatever stated by the counsel for the petitioner and submits that matter has been compromised and he has no objection, if the present petition is allowed. 4.
Keeping in view the statement made by the complainant, I hereby direct the Investigating Officer concerned to release the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest on his furnishing a personal bond of Rs.25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to its satisfaction. 5.
Accordingly, the petition is allowed.
