Though the relief claimed of partition is with reference to a schedule listing the properties of which partition is sought, but no schedule is annexed to the plaint.

Moreover, the plaintiff seeks partition of the estate of her father who died on 3rd February, 2000 and not a single piece of paper has been filed to show that the various properties of which partition is sought belonged to the father.

The counsel for the plaintiff to make amends. 6.
