By virtue of the present application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks interim bail in proceedings arising out of FIR No.566/2025 registered under Section 140(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 at PS: Mehrauli. 2.

Considering the earlier interim bail application of the very same applicant has been rejected by the learned Trial Court on 25.02.2026 on the basis of the very same medical documents and verification thereof are forming a part of the Status Report, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present application with liberty to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

As such, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed of.
