Mr. Shaiwal Srivastava accepts notice on behalf of the judgment debtor.

Reply/objections be filed within four weeks from today. 5.

Rejoinder thereto, if any, be filed before the next date of hearing. 6.

On being queried, learned counsel for the judgment debtor says that the subject award dated 05.09.2018 has not been challenged as yet. OMP (ENF.) (COMM.) 45/2019

In these circumstances, the judgment debtor is directed to deposit the awarded amount along with upto date interest within six weeks from today. 8.

In the event, the judgment debtor deposits the amount with the Registry of this Court, the same will be invested in an interest bearing fixed deposit maintained with a nationalised bank.

Renotify the matter on 09.08.2019.
