By virtue of the present petition under Section 397 read with Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the petitioner inter alia seeks setting aside of the order dated 22.02.2024 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Shahdara District, Delhi. 2.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition.

The present petition, alongwith the pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn.
