This is a petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("the Act") seeking extension of time for making the arbitral award by the Sole Arbitrator in the arbitration proceedings titled as "DIAC Arbitration Case No. 3898/04-22 - M/s. Sai Boda Hotels v. M/s. Oyo Hotels and Homes Pvt. Ltd." for a period of 12 months from 11.03.2025.

It is stated that the reason for the petition is because of the delay occurred on account of the heavy and voluminous records. 3.

For the said reason, issue notice.

Mr. Kaushik, learned counsel appears and accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and has no objection for the said reasons. 5.
