This is a petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("the Act") seeking extension of time for making the arbitral award by the Arbitral Tribunal in the arbitration proceedings in the present case for a period of 12 months from 22.03.2025. 2.

It is stated that the reason for the petition is because of the delay occurred on account of the amendment of the pleadings. 3.

For the said reason, issue notice.

Ms. Jain, learned counsel appears and accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and has no objection for the said reasons. 5.

Hence, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended by a period of one year from 22.03.2025 to make and publish the arbitral award in the present case.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
