O R D E R

% 29.07.2015 In terms of the settlement entered into between the parties vide Settlement Agreement dated 30th September, "Mark C-1", a preliminary decree was passed on 15th October, 2014. It is submitted that terms of Settlement Agreement dated 30th September, 2014 have been partly complied with and the only part, which remains to be performed, is transfer of the shares as detailed in Annexures 'X' and 'Y' to the application being IA No. 14987/2015. Let the transfer of shares, as detailed in Annexures 'X'

and 'Y', be effected in the name of plaintiff Shri Vijay Mehta, in accordance with law. Property bearing no. 13/1, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi is also to be mutated/substituted in the name of Ms. Rama Mehta (defendant no. 5.1), Ms. Bhavna Mahendru (defendant no. 5.2) and Ms. Seema Neb (defendant no. 5.3) in terms of the settlement. Let the mutation/substitution be effected by the L&DO, in accordance with law. Final decree is passed in terms of "Mark C-1" read with what has been stated in this order. Since parties have settled their disputes through the process of mediation, let court fee be refunded to the plaintiff and necessary certificate in this regard be issued by the Registry.
