% 07.03.2018 Crl.M.A.4294/2018 (1) Vide order dated 23.01.2018, the petitioner was granted three weeks parole from the date of his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court/CMM. The petitioner could not furnish the surety due to his poor economic condition and has remained in custody since then. (2) Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and to enable the petitioner to avail the benefit of the said order the surety amount is reduced from `40,000/- to `20,000/-. Other terms and conditions of the said order shall remain the same. (3) The application stands disposed of.
