The petitioner, by the present petition, seeks directions to the concerned SHO/Investigating Officer, Police Station Hazrat Nizamuddin to conduct a speedy investigation on the FIR lodged by the petitioner being FIR No.478/2015 under Section 420/34 IPC. 2.

Learned APP for the State, under instructions from the Investigating Officer, submits that the investigation is being conducted and some witnesses are still remained to be examined. He submits that an endeavour shall be made to conclude the investigation CRL.M.C. 331/2018

and file the charge sheet within ten weeks from today. 3.

The statement is taken on record.
