By way of the present petition the petitioner seeks quashing of order dated 05.04.2022, passed by the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate under Section 156(3) of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereafter 'Cr.P.C.'), directing the registration of FIR against the petitioner and quashing of any consequent FIR registered pursuant to order dated 05.04.2022.
