The present writ petition has been filed for direction to respondent nos. 1 and 2 to take appropriate action against respondent nos. 3 and 4, thereby stopping the illegal and unauthorized construction being raised by them in property bearing no. 764 and 765, Gali Juter Wali Chowk Sui Walan, Darya Ganj, Delhi-110002, and to demolish the existing illegal and unauthorized construction as well as take necessary action. 2.

Issue notice. Notice is accepted by learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 1 and 2.

property in question at ground floor, first floor and second floor. 4.

Pursuant to the FIR, Show Cause Notice dated 18th March, 2025, has also been issued by the Building Department, Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD").

The aforesaid documents have been handed over by the learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1, which are duly taken on record. 6.

Accordingly, the respondent no.1 MCD is directed to take a time bound action within a period of three months, from today, on the unauthorized construction in the property in question. 7.

Respondent no.2, i.e., Station House Officer, Police Station Chandni Mahal, Delhi, is directed to provide full assistance to the respondent no.1 MCD in taking the requisite action.

In case the petitioner is still aggrieved by any non-action on behalf of the respondents, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Special Task Force ("STF") in terms of the order dated 23rd April, 2019 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in the case of Fazruddin Versus DDA and Ors., W.P.(C) 4649/2017.
