Counsels for the parties' state that the settlement agreement has been arrived at on 09th December 2024 with the facilitation of the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre. The said settlement agreement is on record, which has been duly signed by the parties and counter-signed by the respective counsels.

The Court has perused the settlement agreement and finds it to be lawful and acceptable.

Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of the settlement agreement. 4.

In view of the settlement arrived at through mediation, plaintiff shall be entitled to 100% refund of the Court Fees, in compliance with the provisions of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1860.
