At the outset it is observed that although the anticipatory bail was granted to the applicant herein by the learned District Judge-05, SouthWest District, Dwarka Courts, Delhi (learned Trial Court) vide order dated 24.06.2025, however, as the conditions thereof were flouted, the same was cancelled vide order dated 24.03.2026 by the learned Trial Court.

By way of the present application, the applicant once again seeks anticipatory bail without either challenging the order of cancellation dated 24.03.2026 and/ or approaching the learned Trial Court. 3.
