2. The present petition is directed against an interim order dated 17th January, 2020 of the Armed Forces Tribunal, Principal Bench („AFT‟), where while directing notice to issue to the Respondents, the AFT has made it clear that the discharge of the Petitioner "shall be in accordance with the statutory provisions after submitting him to the Release Medical Board".

3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the Court is not inclined to interfere with the above interim order of the AFT.

4. The petition is dismissed. The application is also disposed of. S.MURALIDHAR, J.
