% 24.04.2017 I.A. No.4928/2017 (under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code) & CS(COMM) 41/2017 This is a joint application filed by the parties wherein the parties have settled their disputes; details of the same find mention in the aforenoted application which is marked as Ex P-1. The application is supported by the affidavits of both the authorized representatives of the plaintiff as also of the defendant. Parties shall be bound by the terms and conditions contained in Ex P-1. Token damages have also been paid by the defendant to the plaintiff in the sum of Rs.1,50,000/-.

Suit of the plaintiff is accordingly decreed in terms of prayers (i) and (ii) (contained in para 25). No further order is called for in the present suit. Suit disposed of.

Date of 21.07.2017 stands cancelled.
