After some arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to seek such interim measure for protection, as advised under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereafter 'A&C Act'), once the Arbitral Tribunal is formed.

The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. The observations made in the impugned order shall not preclude the appellant from seeking an interim measure for protection, as necessary under Section 17 of the A&C Act.
