The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "a. admit the instant petition and pass an Order thereby quashing the impugned summoning Order dated 25.08.2022 passed by the Learned Trial Court of Ms. Naina Gupta, Metropolitan Magistrate-01, (N.I Act)/ Digital Court, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, and the Criminal Complaint no. CC Nl ACT/ 6746 /2022 titled as "Starco Metaplast Private Limited v. Shellz India Private Limited and others and all its consequent proceedings arising therefrom qua the Petitioner; b. pass any other order(s)/direction(s) which this Hon'ble Court deems fits and proper in the light of the facts and circumstances of this case, in the interest of justice."
