Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

We have been informed that the petitioner has already taken admission in some other law school. However, learned counsel for the petitioner states that certain issues have been raised in the petition which needs consideration by the consortium of the National Law Universities (herein referred to as 'NLUs'). 3.

Accordingly, without making any observation as to the merit of the claim of the parties, we dispose of this writ petition with the liberty to the petitioner to approach the consortium of the NLUs at its given address as described in this petition by way of making a representation/application, taking all the pleas which may be available to the petitioner and enclosing therein all the documents on which he intends to rely on. 4.
