ORDER

% 13.03.2019 The University of Delhi has approved the retiral benefits to the petitioners by its order dated 12.03.2019. A copy of the said order has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioners. The petitioners shall comply with the formalities within a week from today, and the monies shall be deposited by the University of Delhi directly in the bank accounts of the petitioners within two weeks thereafter. The details of the petitioners' bank account is given as under:

Accordingly, the University of Delhi shall pay Rs. 20,000/- to each petitioners, as litigation costs, within two weeks from today. The University may recover the same from the concerned officer(s), who may have been responsible for the delay.
