child of the petitioner, Ms. XXX, who, it is claimed, has been illegally taken away by the respondent no.5, who is the husband of the petitioner and the father of the minor child. 3.

On filing of the present petition and advance notice thereof, the child has now been returned to the custody of the petitioner. 4.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. However, we find that as there is a matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and the respondent no.5, they must first explore possibility of arriving at a settlement of the same. 5.

Accordingly, they are referred to the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, where they shall appear on 09th April, 2026 at 4:00 PM.

In case they are unable to arrive at an amicable settlement, the parties shall be at liberty to avail of their legal remedies for enforcement of their rights in accordance with law. 7.
