The learned counsels appearing for the parties submit that they have taken instructions from their respective clients and on instructions state that the parties are agreeable to refer the matter/disputes which are subject matter of the present suit, title as "Sh.Manish Anand v. Arvinder Singh Jaggi" to arbitration which should be heard by the same arbitrator who is hearing the disputes regarding firm M/s Veda International. The parties also agreed that it is left to the discretion of the arbitrator whether he would like to hear both the proceedings together or separately.

Hence, in view of the above and without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties and leaving all the issues open, the present petition stands disposed of.

The parties will make the present submission before the trial court for disposal of the case and reference of the disputes to the Delhi International Arbitration Centre, Delhi High Court, New Delhi for adjudicating by the CM(M) 77/2016

same arbitrator Sh.Bharat Bhushan who is also hearing the disputes pertaining to the firm M/s Veda International. 4.

The respondent is at liberty to seek relief as was granted to the respondent by the impugned order dated 30.11.2015 before the Arbitrator. All the pending applications also stand disposed of. 5.

A copy of this order be given dasti under the signature of the court master to the parties.
