The Writ Petition under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking a direction to constitute Special Investigation Team with respect to Complaint dated 18.02.2019 filed on 19.02.2019 before the DCP Cyber Crime Cell, Dwarka.

referred to Status Report dated 12.07.2021 wherein it has been concluded that the Complainant is essentially a civil dispute of taking extra amount for the services and this dispute has been partially resolved and the Complaint was disposed of on 20.03.2020 as no cognizable offence is established. Information of the same was sent to the e-mail account of Mr.Sarthak Sharma, Advocate for the Complainant. 3.
It is further submitted that in view of the Status Report dated 12.07.2021, whereby the Complaint stands already closed, the relief sought by the present Petition has become infructuous. 4.
In view of aforesaid, the present Petition has become infructuous and is disposed of as such, with liberty to the Petitioner to challenge the Closure Report in accordance with the law.

A copy of the Closure Report along with documents annexed thereto, if any, be furnished to the Counsel for Petitioner.
