CS(OS) 653/2002 Learned counsels for the parties submit that present suit is beyond the pecuniary jurisdiction of this Court, hence suit be transferred to the District Judge in view of the notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 under Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015. Learned counsel for the plaintiffs submits that suit be transferred to the District Judge (North West District), Rohini Courts Complex, Delhi.

Ordered accordingly. Parties shall appear before the District Judge (North West District), Rohini Courts Complex, Delhi on 25th January, 2016. Registry to transmit the file to the said court forthwith. Interim order to continue.
