The Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for quashing/setting aside the Order dated 03.01.2023.

Learned counsel on behalf of the Appellant/Insurance Company submits that since the Main Petition has been disposed of by the learned Tribunal, the Insurance Company be permitted to withdraw the present Petition.

In view of the submissions made, the Petition is permitted to be withdrawn.

The Petition is disposed of accordingly along with the pending Application.
