CM APPL. 47317/2025 in RFA 194/2024 CM APPL. 47313/2025 in RFA 196/2024 CM APPL. 47316/2025 in RFA 197/2024 By way of the present applications filed under Order XXIII Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908, the applicants/appellants seek leave to withdraw the present appeals, in view of Settlement Agreement dated 16.05.2025 signed between the parties. 2.

Issue notice.

Ms. Ranjan Doshi, learned counsel appears on behalf of the respondent on advance copy; accepts notice; and confirms that the parties have settled their disputes in the terms contained in Settlement Agreement dated 16.05.2025.

Furthermore, learned counsel appearing for the appellants points-out, that a sum of Rs.01 crore was deposited with the Registrar General of this court in compliance of order dated 18.03.2024 made in the present proceedings, which amount is required to be released in favour of the respondent in terms of the settlement signed between the parties. 5.

Counsel states that the remaining settlement amount of Rs.30 lacs already stands paid in the proceedings before the learned JMFC (NI Act-04), Patiala House Courts, New Delhi, as recorded in the settlement agreement.

In view of the above, the terms of the settlement as contained in Settlement Agreement dated 16.05.2025 are taken on record. 7.

The appeals are disposed-of as withdrawn, holding the parties bound by the terms of the settlement.

The Registry is directed to release in favour of the respondent the amount lying deposited in the present proceedings alongwith upto-date interest within 02 weeks, subject to verifying the credentials of the respondent.
