CM APPL. 54416/2025 By way of the present application filed under section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908, the respondent inter-alia seeks advancement of the date of hearing in the matter, which is otherwise posted on 30.10.2025. For the reasons stated in the application, which is duly supported by affidavit, the application is allowed.
The appeal is taken-up for hearing today.
Application stands disposed-of.
RFA 195/2024 Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits, that the parties have resolved the matter through mediation vide Settlement Agreement dated 30.07.2025.

Counsel points-out, that under the terms of the settlement, the first party (appellant) is required to comply with the terms contained in clause 7 of the settlement agreement; and furthermore, the sum of Rs.3,00,000/- lying deposited in this court is to be released to the respondent alongwith interest accrued thereon.
Learned counsel for the appellant confirms the terms of the settlement agreement.
In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed-of taking on record the terms contained in Settlement Agreement dated 30.07.2025, holding the parties bound by the terms.
Furthermore, in accordance with clause 7(c) of the settlement terms, the Registry is directed to release in favour of the respondent the sum of Rs.3,00,000/- lying deposited with this court alongwith upto-date interest within 02 weeks of the respondent approaching the Registry for the purpose, after verifying his credentials.
Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed-of. The date of 30.10.2025 given earlier, stands cancelled.
