The present petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioners under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950, assailing the order dated 18th March, 2026, passed by the execution court in Execution (COMM.) No. 171/2025, whereby warrants of attachment of the properties lying in the office of JD No.1 have been issued.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that no objections have been filed before the execution court with respect to the issuance of attachment qua the properties. It is, therefore, prayed that liberty be granted to the petitioners to file appropriate objections before the trial court, raising all the grounds as mentioned in the present petition, within a period of one week from today and the present petition be disposed of accordingly. 4.
